Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our goal is to keep Casa Mañana affordable for families who want to make memories on the beach. We're able to do that by offering a base accommodations and cleaning rate for four people and only charging more when our actual costs go up, which happens when our cleaners need to spend more time after a larger party has left. So, please, be honest in your booking if you are a party larger than four. It helps us right-size pricing for all sorts of different groups. Thank you!
